Job Description:

Join a 46-bed surgical unit in Kalamazoo, Michigan, as an MS/Tele Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30), providing specialized care for trauma, post-bariatric, abdominal, amputation, and urological surgery patients, along with overflow medically and cardiac cases. The role involves managing patient ratios that typically range between 1:5-6, with occasional increases during call-ins. Be prepared to support a team that is actively onboarding new travelers and PCT support, ensuring smooth patient flow.
