Job Description:

Join our team as a surgical technologist for a 13-week contract in Beaver Dam, WI. This role involves supporting operating rooms with a focus on orthopedic, robotic, and outpatient procedures such as TKA, THA, ORIF, robot-assisted surgeries, and GI endoscopies. The schedule is a consistent 10-hour night shift from 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with some floating to different departments including IR, ED, or floor support to ensure smooth surgical operations. You'll be responsible for scrubbing in on complex cases, adhering to the dress code, and working in a fast-paced but rewarding environment where your technical skills directly contribute to patient outcomes. This role is designed for those who thrive in a busy OR setting and enjoy hands-on technical work without direct patient care as the primary focus.
