Job Description:

This RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a surgical environment that combines hands-on assistance with advanced cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic procedures. You will be performing critical support in the operating room, responding to intraoperative needs, and floating within the facility to ensure smooth surgical workflows. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, including one call shift per week and one weekend every four weeks, providing a balanced work schedule. Prior to commencing, you'll go through a privileging process, so some patience is required, but this ensures proper credentialing for specialized cardiac and vascular cases. The assignment is designed for experienced professionals comfortable with complex surgeries and ready to contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.
