Job Description:

Join Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, Tennessee, for an engaging 13-week contract as an RN in the Medical/Surgical unit. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care to adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as pneumonia, CVA, post-surgical needs, and electrolyte imbalances. You'll be part of a close-knit team on a unit that often handles up to 18 patients, with the potential to increase patient load. The schedule offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with a total of 23 weekend hours, giving you a substantial work-life balance. Prior certification in BLS and critical care thinking skills are essential, along with at least one year of experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This assignment provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a facility that values teamwork and professionalism.
