Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you on the Maternal Infant Unit at CJW Johnston Willis in Richmond, VA. You'll work 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract, providing critical support during some of the most dynamic hours of the day. Your focus will be on assisting with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum patients, ensuring the team maintains efficient and safe patient flow. The role involves working alongside experienced staff across multiple specialties, utilizing GE fetal monitors and Meditech EMR. With a typical patient ratio of 1:1 for labor and 5-6:1 for postpartum and nursery, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care while utilizing your extensive labor experience, ideally with high-volume LDRP backgrounds. This assignment offers a chance to immerse yourself in a busy yet rewarding environment that keeps you engaged and challenged throughout the shift.
