Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to work in Morgantown’s diverse MedSurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units, primarily during 12-hour night shifts. The role requires experience with Epic systems, Level 1 trauma, and a well-rounded skill set across Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology. You’ll be handling a variety of patient cases in units with up to 34 beds, maintaining ratios such as 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for MedSurg/Tele. The assignment offers a chance to gain exposure to multiple units, including Neuro Monitoring and trauma units, with a focus on professionalism and adaptability. You’ll be part of a team using royal blue scrubs, contributing to high-quality patient support in a fast-paced environment.
