Job Description:

This CVICU RN role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized cardiac intensive care setting, focusing on post-op cardiac surgery patients such as CABG, MVR, and AVR. The night shifts are 12 hours long, giving you the chance to experience a quieter, more focused workload while managing patients with complex hemodynamics, inotropic support, and active management of cardiac output. You’ll be floating to MSICU as needed, handling high-acuity situations, including ECMO, Impella, and open-chest cases. This assignment combines the challenge of critical care with the reward of making a real difference during pivotal moments of recovery, all within a bustling cardiac ICU environment.
