Job Description:

Join the team as a temporary manager overseeing the Case Management Department at Bayview Medical Center. In this role, you will supervise 18 full-time inpatient case managers and 5 PRN weekend case managers, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll coordinate with the Director of Case Management, bringing your expertise in regulatory compliance and case management leadership. This position is perfect for someone with a solid background in case management, at least one year of leadership experience, and the necessary licensure. Expect to lead a team through a hands-on, full-time schedule during standard weekday hours, making a tangible difference in patient services without the need for weekend work.
