Job Description:

This full-time RN Nurse Navigator position is based in an outpatient pain clinic in Colorado, focusing on supporting spinal cord stimulation (SCS) procedures for patients with complex chronic pain. The role involves engaging with patients through structured clinic hours on an 8-hour daytime schedule, with no night shifts. Your responsibilities include educating patients on SCS therapy, coordinating pre-trial evaluations, preparing patients for trial management, monitoring for adverse events, and documenting outcomes. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, and therapists, you will facilitate communication, support patient understanding, and document progress at every stage.
