Job Description:

This RN role on night shifts at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers a hands-on experience in a 32-bed tele unit, providing specialized care for med, med-tele, and respiratory patients. You will perform assessments, medication titrations, and coordinate care alongside a dedicated team, using EPIC electronic medical records. The position involves rotational float duties and requires a decisive, flexible attitude to manage varying patient needs. Expect to work 12-hour nights, with 36 hours guaranteed weekly over a 13-week assignment.
