Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel nursing assignment in Tucson, AZ, working 12-hour night shifts. As a registered nurse in this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse clinical scenarios. This position requires your specialized judgment to evaluate patient needs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their physical, psychological, and cultural backgrounds. The setting offers a hands-on experience where you'll be directly involved in patient assessments, developing and revising care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The night shift structure provides a quieter, focused environment to apply your skills and make a meaningful impact during the overnight hours.
