Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for experienced Med Surg RNs ready to work in a fast-paced, post-surgical care unit. You'll care for adult and geriatric patients recovering from various surgical procedures, with an average stay of 2-3 days. The unit operates on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with the possibility of rotating to day shifts, including every other weekend and holiday coverage. You'll be working with a team that manages around 10-15 admissions daily, emphasizing multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Charting is done via Epic EMR, and equipment includes Rovers and Alaris pumps. Candidates must bring recent hospital experience, trauma level II background, and at least 2+ years of Med Surg experience, including prior travel.
