Job Description:

Join a reputable medical facility in Chico as a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) for a 16-week contract. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the perioperative team, working alongside surgeons in the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite. Your main focus will be providing direct patient care as a licensed professional assisting surgeons during various procedures. This position offers the opportunity to hone your specialized skills in perioperative nursing, with the unique challenge of practicing as a first assistant. Expect to be involved in organized, supervised surgical support, utilizing your knowledge and judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The shift is composed of 10-hour days, and the weekly commitment totals 40 hours, giving you ample time to apply your expertise and enjoy the local surroundings.
