Job Description:

This ER registered nurse position in Spokane offers a 12-hour night shift, providing an excellent opportunity to experience the fast-paced world of emergency medicine. You'll be responsible for managing respiratory emergencies, trauma cases, behavioral health situations, and critical events across all age groups, including about 20% pediatric patients. Your expertise with bedside procedures, medication administration, IV placements, and ultrasound-guided techniques will be essential. Prior trauma experience and familiarity with EPIC EMR are preferred, and licensure requirements include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and NRP (optional).
