Job Description:

This respiratory therapy contract position offers an opportunity to work in a bustling facility where you'll be responsible for evaluating cardiopulmonary function, providing ventilatory support, and attending high-risk neonatal and adult resuscitations. Expect to be on the frontline of airway management, assisting in critical moments such as high-risk deliveries and emergency interventions. The role involves rotating through various areas including the ICU, Emergency Department, PACU, and neonatal nursery, all under the supervision of licensed physicians. Prepare for a schedule of long, overnight shifts—12 hours each, three nights a week—that keep your nights lively and your days free. This assignment is uniquely suited for experienced Respiratory Care Practitioners eager to make a difference in high-stakes settings while exploring a new city.
