Job Description:

Step into a Respiratory Therapist travel contract in Fayetteville, North Carolina, supporting respiratory / neuro diagnostics during Night shifts in a busy short-term acute care setting. This role is designed for an RRT with at least 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with both adults and children in the ICU, handling neuro diagnostics workflows, and adapting as the department needs you—whether that means floating within scope to meet facility coverage.

Expect a Night schedule of 4x12 hours (18:00 - 06:00), with weekends and holidays required on an every-other basis. You’ll also participate in callout coverage for scheduled shifts, with makeup shifts determined by the department. Charting is completed in Epic.

This assignment offers consistent weekly commitment with a clear call-off policy: 2 shifts can be called off per 13-week assignment; once that threshold is met, remaining hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed.

Weather:

Expect warm, humid days with comfortable evenings, along with a mix of sunny periods and occasional rain showers. Humidity can be noticeable, but evenings are generally pleasant for getting outside after your shift.
