Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity at a busy Level I Trauma Center in Lansing, MI. You will be providing emergency care during 12-hour night shifts, working closely with a high-acuity patient population and a team that manages fluctuating patient volumes, sometimes with ratios up to 8:1. The role involves interpreting complex dysrhythmias, managing trauma patients, and possibly providing pediatric emergency support. Flexibility is key, as floating to other units and handling various scenarios—including continuous IV sedation—are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
