Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team as an ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Lancaster, SC. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility between 3x12s or 4x12s, primarily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The focus will be on providing specialized critical care in a hospital setting with a 1:2 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio. A key component of this role is managing patients requiring CRRT, so prior experience in this area is essential. The position includes every other weekend commitment and the possibility of floating within scope to different ICU units or sister facilities, offering a varied and engaging experience. You'll need a South Carolina or multi-state compact license, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, ready before start. This assignment provides an opportunity to work in a hospital with 97 beds, free parking, and epic charting, while being mindful of hurricane season responsibilities that may involve emergency response duties.
