Job Description:

Join a bustling Short Term Acute Care hospital in Memphis as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units. This 13-week assignment offers 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, where you'll be part of a dedicated team operating at a Level I Trauma Center. Your role will focus on providing exceptional patient support in a fast-paced environment, with team nursing ratios around 1:7, supplemented by PCAs and other staff. To succeed, you should have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar busy hospital setting, including trauma experience and large hospital exposure. Please note, first-timers are not accepted unless they have over 3 years of recent experience in this specialty. This assignment requires adherence to NLC guidelines and availability for occasional weekend shifts and on-call duties.
