Job Description:

This Trauma/Neuro ICU RN position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, specialized environment overseeing adolescent to geriatric patients after trauma or neurosurgical procedures. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, with a focus on accurate charting, managing complex neurological cases, and responding swiftly to critical changes. Travelers will handle multi-system challenges such as dysrhythmias, organ failures, and post-surgical care, all while adhering to strict documentation standards. This role is perfect for experienced RNs eager to apply their trauma and neuro skills in a supportive, audit-focused setting that values precision and integrity in every assessment.
