Job Description:

Join Yale New Haven Hospital’s ICU Float Pool as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and become a vital part of a team that seamlessly moves between two prominent campuses—Yale New Haven and Saint Raphael—sharing parking and shuttle services for convenience. This role involves floating across five ICU specialties and step-down units, including pulmonary stepdowns, providing an engaging and varied experience. You will work 12-hour night shifts, 3 or 4 days a week, for a duration of 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours and a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,723.20. The environment demands a minimum of two years of ICU experience and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIH are required. Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs ensures a dynamic, fast-paced setting where your skills keep the ICU running smoothly.
