Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position in Worcester offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a flexible start window to accommodate urgent staffing needs. The role involves providing specialized care in a fast-paced emergency setting, where quick decision-making and telemetry reading skills are essential. Candidates must have at least 1.5 years of ER experience, hold a Perm Massachusetts license, and be proficient with EPIC documentation. Successful travelers will navigate a unique orientation process that includes passing two exams—medication and telemetry—that are crucial for contract continuation. Familiarity with ACLS, BLS, and PALS is required, ensuring high competency for this critical role.
