Job Description:

Join Jackson Purchase Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Mayfield, KY. This role is in the Medical/Surgical units on the 3rd and 4th floors, where you'll be providing vital support for patients of all ages. Your typical day involves caring for patients with conditions like COPD, post-op joints, and diabetic care, all while working 12-hour day shifts. You'll be expected to maintain certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and HWC beforehand, and you'll experience a mix of routine procedures and emergency responses, all in a well-equipped facility with a patient ratio of up to 1:6. This assignment offers a chance to immerse yourself in a welcoming community and expand your clinical skills in a busy, friendly hospital environment.
