Job Description:

This ICU RN role in San Marcos, TX, offers a vibrant opportunity for experienced nurses comfortable with high-acuity patient care during 12-hour night shifts. You will manage critically ill patients with conditions such as DKA, STEMI post-procedures, strokes, ARDS, MODS, and more, often ventilated or requiring advanced interventions like Impella or IABP. The position emphasizes autonomous practice within a team, utilizing your clinical judgment to deliver complex, routine, and emergent care. Familiarity with EPIC, Pyxis, and Excel for scheduling is essential.
