Job Description:

This travel assignment offers an engaging opportunity for a specialized IR Tech to work within a hospital's interventional radiology suite. You’ll be scrubbed in for a variety of vascular, neuro, and drain-related procedures, passing supplies, setting up and breaking down the procedure room, and ensuring smooth operations during each case. Shifts are during 10-hour days across four days per week, giving ample time to explore the local area. What makes this role unique is your involvement in a range of complex procedures in a fast-paced environment, all while utilizing Phillips monitors and the EPIC EMR system. Active Illinois licensure and required certifications such as BLS and ARRT are necessary, along with the ability to work independently during an IR lab that handles 20-30 cases daily.
