Job Description:

This neuro-medical-surgical RN contract at OSF Peoria is an opportunity to apply your specialized neuro ICU skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts on a dedicated neuro unit with 54 beds, caring for patients with stroke, brain tumors, seizures, head injuries, and other neurological conditions. The role involves managing titratable drips like Heparin, interpreting telemetry monitors, and collaborating with charge nurses and house supervisors. The job offers a chance to hone trauma and neuro experience while navigating a well-supported team with nurse aides, telemetry techs, and a charge nurse available 24/7. Expect orientation, guaranteed hours, and a base weekly gross of approximately $2,976.
