Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team at a state-of-the-art facility in Greenwood, Indiana, as an Occupational Therapist. This role involves working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, providing specialized therapy to adult patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic conditions. You'll be integral to a team that focuses on rapid, goal-oriented recovery, often managing a caseload of 6-7 patients daily in a fast-paced environment. Previous IRF experience is highly preferred, and you'll have the opportunity to float between facilities as needed, working closely with a collaborative team to help patients transition back to their homes and communities. Your typical schedule will be 8-hour days, totaling 40 hours weekly, with a pay grossing approximately $2,281.20 per week.
