Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as a Medical-Surgical RN for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing hands-on nursing care on a general inpatient med/surg unit, where you'll be responsible for managing patient needs, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with floating and call responsibilities during your shift. Nurses in this role will handle a patient ratio of 1:6 and may occasionally care for non-critical pediatric patients. The position requires at least 2 years of experience, BLS certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
