Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) unit, where you'll be providing essential nursing support in a 36-bed facility serving elderly patients requiring acute medical and telehealth care. This role involves working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule—day and night shifts from 7A-7P and 7P-7A—offering a mix of weekend and holiday work. You'll navigate the busy, fast-paced environment of the ACE unit, assisting with patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborating closely with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. This assignment offers an engaging experience with the opportunity to develop further expertise in geriatric acute care within a supportive team setting.
