Job Description:

Join a travel team as a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts supporting MS/Tele programming across a busy Omaha medical campus network. This assignment is holiday-forward: you’ll cover 2 of the 3 major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Travelers should expect to float within scope based on staffing needs—this may include assignments at Nebraska Medical Center’s sister campus, Bellevue Medical Center (about 16 minutes away).

On nights, you’ll work 19:00–07:00 and support day-to-day operations on units that may include Observation, stepdown/PCU areas, Neuroscience, Heart & Vascular (MS/Tele/Cardiac), Trauma (MS with a focus on Trauma), and additional MS/Tele or specialty units as assigned. Drips are required on all floors, and EPIC charting experience is required. The facility prioritizes travelers who can quickly adapt—especially when first-day unit assignments are determined after confirmation. If you have a preferred unit, note it at submission.

To be considered: BLS is required (ACLS strongly preferred), with 2 years of prior experience in a large, urban hospital setting. This facility is 100% nicotine-free, locals are not accepted (candidate must be more than 100 miles from the facility), and first-timers are not accepted.
