Job Description:

This travel assignment is tailored for Registered Nurses with experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, focusing on a mixed acuity environment including PCU and MS patients. The role involves rotating 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in a varied setting. You’ll be working under a flexible schedule, with shifts reviewed every four weeks, and may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination depending on departmental needs. Prior oncology experience is preferred but not required, and EPIC experience along with IV starts, tracheostomy management, and BCLS certification are essential. The position emphasizes independent work with a staffing ratio of 1:5, and the ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels. Expect to partake in engaging and challenging activities that keep your skills sharp while supporting patient recovery in a vibrant hospital environment.
