Job Description:

Join this intensive ICU RN role where you'll be immersed in advanced patient monitoring and specialized procedures. You'll work 12-hour day shifts in a busy ICU setting, floating across all ICU units and occasionally to the ED or PACU. Responsibilities include performing lab sticks, EKGs, line starts, and managing complex equipment such as Alaris IV pumps and Servo ventilators. The ideal candidate has at least two years of ICU experience, preferably CVICU, with Epic system proficiency. This assignment offers the chance to work with a diverse patient population, including those requiring isolation, and to utilize a wide array of critical care tools and protocols. Weekend shifts and float requirements keep this role engaging and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
