Join the ICU team at Parkridge East Hospital in Chattanooga for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a blend of critical care for adult patients with a focus on ventilator management, arterial lines, and advanced IV titrations. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing vital support to a dedicated staff in a compact unit with nine beds. This role puts your expertise to the test in a fast-paced environment where unit-specific procedures like central line insertions and intubations are common. Expect to self-schedule with managerial oversight, including a few weekend shifts, and contribute to a team committed to delivering excellent patient experiences through standardized communication tools like AIDET and BSSR.
