Job Description:

This travel assignment calls for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join the surgical team at Winchester Medical Center in Virginia. The role involves working four 10-hour days each week, from 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with on-call duties that may include weekends. You'll be supporting a busy surgical unit with 495 beds, performing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflows for diverse procedures, including trauma, orthopedics, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatric, thoracic, and robotic surgeries. Epic EMR proficiency and at least two years of OR experience are required, along with ACLS, BLS, and Virginia State or Compact Licensure. This position offers a rewarding opportunity with the potential for on-call rotation, working a guaranteed 36 hours weekly, not exceeding 40 hours, over 13 weeks.
