Job Description:

Join a skilled surgical team as a Surgical Technician-NCA for a 13-week contract in Louisville. In this role, you'll assist during operating room procedures by preparing instrumentation, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting surgeons with specialized equipment, including robotic systems. The position offers the opportunity to experience a variety of surgeries—from gynecological to neuro spine—while honing your technical skills. Expect a daytime shift from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no weekend work, and a flexible schedule that allows you to respond effectively during urgent situations. This assignment suits experienced CSTs ready to bring expertise to complex surgeries and contribute to successful surgical outcomes.
