Job Description:

This perioperative RN role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting. You will be responsible for providing advanced patient care during surgical procedures across specialties like Orthopedic, Urology, General Surgery, and OB/GYN. The shifts consist of 12-hour days, with a schedule of four days per week, giving you a solid three-day weekend to explore the charming town of Aitkin or visit nearby outdoor attractions. Expect to engage in after-hours call one day weekly and every sixth weekend, all while enjoying the serenity of Minnesota's natural beauty. Your expertise will shine as you handle preoperative and intraoperative responsibilities, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment.
