Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse in Indianapolis for a 13-week contract working the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). This role involves caring for patients after cardiac or vascular surgeries, with a focus on post-op cardiac recovery. You'll be expected to handle telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and cardiac drips, often floating to different units as needed. Weekend work is required every other week, and some charge nurse responsibilities may be part of your duties with proper training. This assignment offers a chance to deepen your cardiac and post-op experience while working in a fast-paced environment that values your skill set. You'll be supporting critical care in a patient-focused setting, contributing to recovery and stabilizing post-surgical patients.
