Job Description:

Join a dedicated Labor and Delivery team as a Registered Nurse on the night shift in Morganton, NC. This role involves working in a specialized Mother/Baby unit with 16 LDRP rooms, a C-section suite, PACU on L&D, and a 4-bed nursery. Nurses here focus solely on obstetric and maternal care, with support staff enhancing patient experiences. You’ll be part of continuous quality improvement initiatives, including implementing best practices and innovative programs supporting new families. Expect to use your L&D and mother/baby experience daily, managing patient care in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a facility that’s proud to set industry standards. No float duties outside the unit, just focused obstetric nursing.
