Job Description:

This Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a well-equipped Level 1 LDRP unit in Monroe, WI. You will be responsible for providing specialized maternal care, including antepartum assessments, fetal monitoring, labor support, postpartum care, and emergency response. The role involves 12-hour daytime shifts (07:00 - 19:30) scheduled three days a week, with every third weekend off. You will be part of a team following AWHONN staffing guidelines, contributing to care in a setting that emphasizes mother/baby bonding and low-risk pregnancies. This assignment is ideal for a travel RN with strong skills in fetal monitoring, medication administration, and postpartum procedures who enjoys a mix of routine and emergency obstetric work. Note: Shaving for Fit Testing is required – no exceptions regarding PPE protocols.
