Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires active involvement in caring for critically ill patients facing multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, COVID complications, sepsis, and other complex conditions. You will be working in a fast-paced ICU setting, performing advanced procedures such as continuous glucose monitoring, externalized IV pumps, and ventilator management. With a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week, you'll have ample time to experience the vibrant local scene or explore nearby attractions. This assignment offers a chance to refine your skills in EPIC documentation and specialized equipment like GE ventilators and NxStage CRRT, while contributing to patient recovery during critical moments.
