Job Description:

This contract opportunity is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) staffing. You will be working in a 24-25 bed unit with a focus on cardiac and medical stepdown care. Your role involves titrating cardiac drips, managing central lines, chest tubes, and ventilators, as well as monitoring complex patient conditions such as respiratory failure, CVA, and post-surgical recovery. The shift consists of 12-hour days, providing an engaging rhythm that allows for meaningful patient interactions while maintaining a manageable schedule.
