Job Description:

This assignment calls for a knowledgeable and adaptable Neuro/PCU RN to step into a 12-hour night shift role at a well-equipped facility in Lancaster, SC. You will be providing specialized care in a moderate acuity setting, floating within scope to different units as needed, and working alongside a dedicated team. The schedule offers either a 3x12 or 4x12 night rotation, with every other weekend on duty. This role involves navigating tele competency requirements and managing a 1:4-5 staff ratio, ensuring smooth patient flow and compliance with unit protocols. The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a South Carolina or Compact license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values flexibility, contributing to patient care while enjoying a structured and engaging night-shift experience.
