Job Description:

This position as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) offers an exciting opportunity to work in the surgical services department, specializing in ENT procedures. You will assist during surgeries such as tonsillectomies, adenoid removals, myringotomies with tubes, endoscopic sinus surgeries, mastoid, tympanoplasty, and stapedectomy. The role involves supporting the surgical team through instrument management, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring smooth procedural flow. Experience with ENT surgeries and a proactive attitude will help you thrive in this engaging and fast-paced setting. The scheduling involves four 10-hour daytime shifts each week, providing a balanced workweek and ample time to explore Montana's scenic landscapes in your days off.
