Job Description:

Join our surgical services team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a 13-week contract at a Critical Access Hospital in Polson, Montana. This role involves supporting operating rooms by maintaining sterile environments, assisting in Endo procedures, and ensuring smooth sterile processing. The position offers the flexibility to float between units, with scheduled shifts predominantly during day hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with some 10-hour shifts. On-call responsibilities include every third weekend and approximately 10-12 shifts per month, adding a rhythm of anticipation to your schedule. If you enjoy hands-on technical work with a variety of surgical cases in a close-knit hospital setting, this assignment will keep you engaged and aligned with your surgical tech expertise.
