Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers a chance to work as a PCU Registered Nurse in a reputable hospital. The role involves providing specialized patient care in units such as MS/Tele, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, and more. You'll manage cardiac monitoring, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond quickly with rapid response teams. Shifts are 12-hour nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including weekend and holiday work as needed. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least 2 years of experience, including previous charge or teaching hospital background. Expect to float within scope between departments and handle a variety of procedures like IV therapy, cardiac drips, and respiratory management. The environment emphasizes acute patient stabilization and detailed monitoring, making it a rewarding but fast-paced experience.
