Job Description:

Join our team as a float RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), working 12-hour night shifts. This contract offers a chance to experience a variety of units across the hospital, including MS, MS Tele, and PCU, with responsibilities focused on patients from adults to geriatrics. You'll need at least one year of experience and the flexibility to float between units as needed. The role involves managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5 in PCU and 1:5-6 in MS or Tele, utilizing systems such as Epic and Pyxis. Navy blue scrubs are required, and your schedule will include every other weekend and some major holidays. No call is expected, but a commitment to full compliance and floating across units is essential for success.
