Job Description:

Join a busy Level 1 trauma emergency department as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15), with a schedule that includes alternating weekends and 50% holiday coverage, including work during inclement weather. You will float between ED and ED Observation areas, supporting a fast-paced environment that handles trauma, stroke, and STEMI cases. Experience with Level I trauma is preferred, but first-time travelers with relevant trauma background are welcome. Expect to engage in physically active duties, including ambulating, reaching, and handling objects over 20 lbs, while maintaining a focus on patient and staff safety. ACLS and PALS are required, CPI preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a facility open 24/7, and no local candidates within 50 miles are considered. You will be integral to a high-energy team providing critical care in a hospital dedicated to serving a diverse patient population.
