Job Description:

Join this CVOR registered nurse contract in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and take part in complex adult open heart surgeries including CABG and valve replacements. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM over a 13-week assignment, floating to the main OR for non-CVOR cases when needed. Your expert knowledge of devices such as Impella, HeartMate, ECMO, and TAVR procedures will be essential in a setting that emphasizes advanced cardiac interventions. Locals are welcome, and first-time travelers with sufficient experience are encouraged to apply. This role offers a mix of scrub duties for open CVOR cases and TAVR, with hospital-provided scrubs and on-call duties totaling 32 hours per month.
