Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy surgical unit within a Level II Trauma Center that also features a Level III NICU and a Primary Stroke Center. You will be responsible for circulating as an RN during complex surgeries such as open heart procedures, neuro, vascular, ENT, orthopedic spine, robotics, and plastic surgeries, among others. Your role will involve supporting various service lines, utilizing advanced technology including Cerner EMR, Plum 360 IV pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensers. Expect to work alongside experienced support staff like ORAs, desk assistants, and charge nurses. The shift is during daytime hours, with a schedule that includes on-call responsibilities, holiday work, and rotating weekends, all within a 13-week contract.
