Job Description:

This NICU travel assignment places you in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, caring for micropreemies and critically ill neonates who often require advanced respiratory support such as CPAP, intubation, and ventilator management. Your responsibilities will include managing complex patient needs, performing procedural support like chest tubes and nitrate oxide therapy, and collaborating with a dedicated team that includes neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and support staff. Experience in a Level III NICU, along with certifications like BLS, NRP, and STABLE, is essential. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth neonatology experience in a bustling hospital environment with a patient ratio of 1:1-3, depending on acuity, and a supportive team to help you succeed.
